Boost Mobile is offering Unlimited Voice, Messaging, and LTE Data for $35/month until March 31st. The deal only lasts for 6 months. After the six month period is over it reverts to the $50 a month regular rate.

The speeds will throttle down from LTE as soon as you use up 2.5GB of data. Boost Mobile is a Sprint virtual operator, utilizing Sprint’s infrastructure. They use Sprint’s 4G LTE which has less LTE coverage than AT&T or Verizon.

Boost will sell you a Galaxy S3 for $399, a Boost Max Phablet for $299, or a Moto G for $129. Of course the Moto G doesn’t do LTE, does it.

If Boost would support the Nexus 5, which can work on Sprint’s FD-LTE on the PCS band (Band 25), as well as TD-LTE (Band 41) and FD-LTE on 800 MHz (Band 26), then it would be a much better deal. That support is unclear. Sprint’s Spark service utilizes all three bands, with carrier aggregation for speeds as high as 60 Mbps.
